We use your information to provide our book creation tools, process payments, communicate about your account, and improve our platform.
Your uploaded manuscripts and documents are processed on our servers and stored temporarily for your session. We do not read, share, or use your document content for any purpose other than providing the service.
We do NOT sell your personal information. We only share data with payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) and when required by law.
All data is transmitted via HTTPS encryption. Passwords are stored using secure hashing. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
We use localStorage to save your language preference and session token. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

Account data is retained while your subscription is active. Uploaded documents are deleted after processing unless you choose to save them. After account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
ES CRELI is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
